The Gamma Communications Group of companies is a leading provider of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) into the UK, Dutch, Spanish and German business markets, supplying communication solutions directly and via an extensive network of trusted channel partners.

Gamma has successfully operated and grown their MVNO offering through its direct enterprise business and via its Service Provider partner channel. Gamma recognised the significant opportunity to broaden its offer and leverage its MVNA agreement with Three,  focused on supporting organisations that are considering launching their own MVNO, either as a new brand or adding to their existing portfolio.

To do this, Gamma needed to expand its positioning beyond the B2B space, engaging all organisations that may be interested in building a telecoms value stream within their business.

Gamma has always had an extensive portfolio of content driven marketing and insight led customer events, but the team needed help to support lead generation marketing with MVNO insights and expertise, to create a proposition that lived up to the same quality and value as the rest of its portfolio.

We needed an organisation that had the credibility and experience of working with MVNOs and could use this to inform and enthuse our customers. The Business Challenge

The Solution

Graystone Strategy worked closely with the Gamma leadership and marketing teams to develop a suite of expert thought-leadership content and insight that would challenge, inform and add value to existing partners and potential MVNOs.

The package included two podcasts focused on the current trends and insights in the MVNO market. These were executed as an expert interview with Graystone Strategy’s Managing Director, James Gray, providing insights and commentary on the recent developments in the MVNO market.

The podcasts were also supplemented with a blog focussing on one particular use and very relevant and timely use case.

Finally, Graystone Strategy led a session at the annual Gamma Service Provider forum offering insights on how to build a successful MVNO and leading a panel discussion with Gamma and external market experts.

Outcomes

The feedback from the Service Provider forum has been very positive prompting Gamma to engage Graystone Strategy to run some additional MVNO Masterclass sessions for channel partners and prospects.
