CMA warns Vodafone/Three merger could leave consumers and businesses worse off
The Competitions and Markets Authority has completed phase one of its investigation into the proposed merger between Three and Vodafone – and has warned the move could lead to higher prices. Phase one investigation into the potential impacts of the merger between two of the UK’s four operators was launched in January.
